NM360耐磨板随着脱磷反应进行,炉渣中的浓度逐渐增大,因其是生成物,能对脱磷反应起阻碍作用。因此,炉渣量越大,磷酸钙浓度增长越慢,炉渣吸磷量的能力越大,故大渣量有利于脱磷。但电弧炉熔化体积有限,不能无限加大渣量。且渣层过厚,不利于氧化升温,所以氧化期渣量一般保持在3%左右。为满足脱磷大渣量要求,一般采用流渣法,即边造新渣,边流去含(CaO ),P0量较高的旧渣,以达到良好的脱磷效果。
